The Recruiter at The Bay Family of Companies manages full life cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and close high-impact talent.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, preferred
- Two (2) or more years of HR experience, required
- Demonstrated success engaging passive candidates through creative sourcing
- Experience managing full life cycle recruitment across multiple roles
- Confidence managing offers and candidate closure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization abilities
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms, preferably Paylocity
- Solid understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related tools
- Familiar with a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting methodologies
