Job Description
As a Coding Analyst and Educator, you will improve coding accuracy, clean claims processing, and provide training to clinicians and staff. You will be responsible for identifying trends in coding errors, staying up-to-date on regulations, and collaborating with coding and training staff to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of coding experience in a multi-specialty healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification for at least 5 years
- Advanced coding certifications preferred
- Experience in training and educating providers, coders, and staff
- Knowledge of EclinicalWorks preferred
