Bazaarvoice is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Director to join our high-performing Enterprise sales organization. As an Associate Account Director, your core mission is to enable senior sellers to focus on strategic growth and new revenue by owning critical retention and administrative processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Process & Detail Orientation: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute complex administrative processes flawlessly, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in contract management.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting directly with clients via phone and email to resolve operational issues and manage the renewal process.
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ambition & Collaboration: A motivated self-starter who thrives in a supportive, team-centric environment and is eager to learn complex enterprise sales cycles from experienced leaders.
