Senior Solutions Consultant

Bazaarvoice is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join its Global Center of Excellence. The role will involve leading technical presentations, defining technical standards, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting within the SaaS industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting within the SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to rapidly learn complex software and articulate its value to both technical and executive audiences.
• Global Perspective: Deep understanding of global sales segments and the ability to navigate various buyer personas and technical maturity levels.
• Coaching Mindset: Desire to mentor others and provide direct, empathetic feedback to peers.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, internal summits, and industry events.
