BB&E is a full-service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm seeking a Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician to support the NAVFAC Southeast Headquarters, Public Works Departments, and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will provide overall coordination of the construction quality management program for assigned projects and ensure quality workmanship in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of verified experience as a Quality Control Manager working for General Contractors on NAVFAC or US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects
- 10 years of verified foreman experience in one or more of the following trades: Concrete; Mechanical; Electrical; Masonry; or Carpentry on commercial/industrial/military projects
- Must complete the USACE Construction CQM Certification
