Environmental Program Manager

BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Environmental Program Manager for a Site Lead/On-site Program Manager to fulfill all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for our NASA Environmental Support Services (NESS) contract located in Houston, TX. The Site Lead will provide the planning, coordination, technical direction, and surveillance of the program team and activities necessary to ensure disciplined performance of work and timely application of resources for the accomplishment of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to successfully pass a federal agency background check is required
• Knowledge: Federal Experience is required
• Professional registration and/or certifications in fields of expertise preferred
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency using MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to solve problems and function as a member of a team
• Ability to lead and counsel employees, able to resolve difficult or sensitive matters
