bbf: is a leading property company in Cyprus and Greece, looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their Construction Department in Limassol. The role involves measurement, remeasurement, site visits, and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Native Greek
- Fluent in English language
- Knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project)
