Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Limassol. The successful candidate will review BOQs, gather documents, and monitor cost control activities. Strong knowledge of construction processes and practices is required.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and practices
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of iTOW CostX will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks or projects efficiently
• Skilled in working with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Strong organizational, planning, and strategic thinking abilities
• Fluent in both English and Greek (spoken and written)
