Job Description
BBG is seeking a motivated individual to learn core commercial real estate valuation skills through internship program, assisting a senior appraiser and gaining experience. This entry-level role involves data compilation, market surveys, and collaborating with industry professionals. The position offers the opportunity for licensure, experience, and access to proprietary resources. The work output used to produce appraisal reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a university
- Trainee license (plus)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
