Job Description
This on-the-job learning position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in commercial real estate valuation, using proprietary databases and publicly available resources. Analysts will manage their own caseloads, conduct research, and produce appraisal reports, collaborating with a senior appraiser. This role includes independent work with flexible scheduling and potential for offsite fieldwork.
Requirements
- Strong quantitative skills with experience building real estate valuation models
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be a collaborative team player
- Good judgment
- Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Argus Enterprise experience a plus
- ArcGIS or other web-based mapping tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or Economics or related discipline
