Virtual School Education Placement Officer

Birmingham Virtual School is seeking an experienced Education Placement Officer to support children in care to secure appropriate education provision and school placements. The role involves developing and managing relationships with families, social care, and other authorities.

Requirements

• Experience of working in schools or local authorities with knowledge of admissions procedures and DfE guidance.
• Ability to advocate for children and families.
• Experience working with vulnerable young people and families.
