Project Accountant Groups

Join BCD Meetings & Events as a Project Accountant, supporting financial management of client meetings and events from project setup through to final billing and reconciliation. Collaborate with Meeting Managers, Operations teams, and Finance colleagues to ensure project costs are accurately recorded, client invoices are prepared correctly, and financial reporting reflects project performance.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Project Finance environment
• Understanding of billing and reconciliation processes
• Experience working with financial or ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
