Bilingulal Customer Service Representative

BCforward is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a contract position in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, 1 year of Microsoft Office experience, and strong customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
• College Grad with 1 year Microsoft Office Experience OR Military Veteran with 1 year Microsoft Office OR High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification w/ Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience required
• Ability to work any shift between 7AM - 7PM
• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and third party liability preferred
