Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on, numbers-driven Campaign Operations Manager who can own campaign performance end-to-end.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in marketing, campaign operations, or similar roles
- Experience working inside a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Experience executing campaigns (email, SMS, outreach, automation)
- Exposure to lead generation and follow-up workflows
- Ability to understand basic funnel metrics (leads, bookings, conversions)
- Strong communication skills
