Job Description
The CRM Operations Manager owns campaign delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and performance measurement. This role ensures that every campaign launches accurately, on time, and aligned to the strategic intent behind it.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in email, campaign, or digital project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with modern CRM platforms (SFMC, Braze, Adobe)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted campaign operations
- Perspective on how agentic AI and autonomous orchestration will reshape campaign operations
