Private Equity Co-op/Internship (Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 or Summer 2027)

We are hiring Private Equity co-op students/interns to work in our Private Equity department for the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Summer 2027 work terms. The co-op student/intern will assist the Private Equity team in screening live investment opportunities, summarizing market intelligence, performing financial analysis, and finding ways to enhance the existing portfolio.

Requirements

• Conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of investment memoranda
• Review, summarize, and analyze quarterly information for existing portfolio investments
• Analyze investment performance on an individual and aggregate investment basis
• Conduct sector research
• Assist with enhancing current operational procedures within the Private Equity team
