The successful candidate will have experience in the Medical Devices Industry, preferably in the Urology segment, and possess excellent people skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and hospital personnel.
Requirements
- Achievement of territorial sales budget, profit, and market share objectives
- Maintenance of good relations with distributors and/or agents
- Monitoring of competition and feedback on market information
- Organization and implementation of promotional campaigns
- Execution of new product launches
- Regular customer visits
- Identification of tender/rate contract opportunities
- Implementation of welfare measures for institutional customers
