We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager/Senior Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market share growth for our Specimen Management portfolio in the Upper North region of India.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and developing strong customer relationships
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market, particularly in the Upper North region
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
