Field Service Engineer - Seattle, WA

BD is seeking a Field Support Engineer in the Seattle, WA regional area to provide technical and customer support of pharmacy automation products, traveling regionally to provide industry leading support and service to pharmacies. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining equipment, training customers, and collaborating with service teams.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology preferred
• 3-5 years field service experience (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to travel to Alaska frequently
• Good driving record
