The Associate Product Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for a key product and/or market segment on a global basis to help drive direction and growth. They will demonstrate leadership within the Division Marketing department, take an active role in day-to-day operations, and participate in product development activities for product and/or market segment responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
- 2+ years experience working in a Product Manager or similar role required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management required
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills required
- Experience working in, marketing, health-tech, or healthcare industry preferred
- Understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics required
- Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles required
- Ability to create comprehensive marketing strategies with supporting plans and the ability to execute.
- Possess a clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies preferred
- Strict attention to detail and ability to be decisive in an often ambiguous environment
- Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations across business units
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple product lines
- Ability to create and maintain Excel financial/forecast models to support business cases, market segment evaluations and commercial pathways for short-term and long-term initiatives
- Ability to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales teams
- Action-oriented with demonstrated ability to drive results
- Proven ability to work in high-paced environment and routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing
