Job Description
BDO is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join their US Corporate Tax Services group in Montreal. The role will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the team, with a focus on client onboarding, billing, and tax return preparation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services or large corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, and strong English is considered an asset
- Experience supporting senior-level professionals in a structured, deadline-driven setting
- Understanding of billing processes, WIP management, and A/R coordination
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with OneSource CRM, Workday, and AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is considered an asset
