Manager, Office Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Office Operations will lead an administrative team of 5 Team Leads, overseeing office operations for multiple offices in Vancouver, Langley, and Whistler. This role requires travel within these areas and will involve hiring, onboarding, training, guidance, and coaching. The Manager will also be responsible for streamlining administrative processes, implementing best practices, and providing support to all service lines to maximize efficiency and productivity.

The Manager, Office Operations will be responsible for leading an administrative team, overseeing office operations, streamlining administrative processes, and providing support to all service lines. This will involve hiring, onboarding, training, guidance, and coaching, as well as managing office expenses, participating in budget planning, and serving as a central point of contact for internal communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven exemplary leadership of an administrative team, preferably in a multi-office environment
• Experience in virtual leadership and cultivating team collaboration
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to foster a positive, inclusive work environment
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role, preferably overseeing operations across multiple offices
• Proficient in using MS Office, MS Teams, Excel, experience with Workday is an asset
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and oral
