Job Description
BDO Canada is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join their growing team. The role involves building, configuring, and extending the ServiceNow platform across internal and client engagements. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong experience configuring ITSM and CSM, and proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM; experience with CSM strongly preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data models
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, security, and upgrade-safe development
- Experience supporting platform migrations or large-scale implementations
- Exposure to AI-enabled ServiceNow features (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
