BDO Canada is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our growing team, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada. The ServiceNow Solution Architect is a senior, client-facing leader responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable business and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or enterprise IT environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering ServiceNow ITSM and CSM solutions.
- Strong experience leading solution architecture, estimation, and client-facing workshops.
- Proven ability to influence and consult with senior leaders, translating business needs into actionable solution designs.
- Experience working across complex stakeholder groups, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive initiatives to resolution.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging or integrating AI and automation into service operations, workflows, or decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop visually rich, professional solution designs for executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to build trust quickly and engage effectively in both remote and in-person environment.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Minimum of two (2) relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred or must be achieved within 12 months
