Job Description
We're seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect, who's an encouraging team player, is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and has a knack for producing an excellent customer experience and designing highly supportable solutions. The role involves defining scope and providing technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work, understanding client requirements and translating to these into workable system solutions, and working with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Defining scope and providing technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
- Understanding client requirements and translating to these into workable system solutions
- Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
- Demonstrating product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements
- Working with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients
