Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with hands-on developer experience to lead end-to-end technical solutions. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring platform integrity and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development (SNOW architect with hands-on developer skills)
- Strong expertise in designing and building integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSM
- Skilled in developing workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs
- Ability to review and optimize code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-risk or ambiguous technical challenges
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and clients
