Job Description
Manager HR Reward & Services role at BDO, responsible for professionalizing, digitizing, and strategically developing the Reward & Services domain, leading a multidisciplinary team and providing direction and clarity within a broad and strategic HR domain.
Requirements
- Completed WO education in HR, Business Administration, Business Economics, or Business Studies
- More than 10 years of experience as a manager within a complex organization with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with change projects and the implementation of policies, systems, and technology
- Strong communication skills, both strategically and in the team and operations
