Job Description
The HR Manager Site is responsible for shaping the people agenda of the largest logistics operations in the Netherlands. The role involves leading a team of 4 HR professionals, driving initiatives to reduce absenteeism and turnover, and strengthening leadership capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner, preferably within logistics, operations or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing HR teams.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and preferably Dutch, but not a must).
