Job Description
We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and international organization. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be the first point of contact for HR within the operation and management of the cluster of sites in Roosendaal - Oosterhout and Bergen op Zoom. You'll give advice on HR issues, work on HR projects, and optimize HR within the cluster. You'll perform your work tasks in daytime on various locations within the cluster, reporting to the HR Manager and locally to the Site Managers.
Requirements
- HBO diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR function in a hectic environment (logistics, retail, production or hospitality)
- Good knowledge of HR legislation
- Experience in conducting various types of conversations and labor law trajectories
- Good mastery of the Dutch and English language in writing and speech
