We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support employees and management across all HR processes and play a key role in strengthening leadership, culture and collaboration at RouteVision Nederland B.V. in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Requirements
- Broad HR knowledge (employment law, absence management, recruitment, performance management)
- Knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)
- Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of organisational development and change management
- Solid instructional foundation; able to organise and manage learning programmes
- Excellent command of English
