Job Description
HR Business Partner to support Corporate Staff Functions in LyondellBasell’s European Headquarters and pan European coordination of Talent Management. Responsible for HR operations, change management, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Applicable Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5-10 years or more of HR experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English
