HR Business Partner

Bureau Veritas is an international organization seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to make a valuable contribution to our people, teams, and organization. The role involves advising leaders on workforce entry, development, and exit, supporting performance and talent management, and contributing to leadership development within departments and teams.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of labor law, HR processes, and modern HR instruments
• Strong communication and advisory skills
