Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Groningen, Netherlands. The successful candidate will work on challenging HR assignments with clients in the government and will be responsible for advising management and directorate on strategic and tactical HR issues, developing and implementing HR policy, and guiding organizational development and change processes.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO degree in HRM or comparable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or comparable within a municipality and/or other government institutions
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Minimum of 28 hours of availability per week
Benefits
- Gross monthly salary of a maximum of €5554,- based on a 36-hour working week
- Contract for an indefinite period for 28 to 36 hours a week
