Job Description
Account Officer 1 is responsible for achieving loan volume targets, maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service.
Requirements
- Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts
- Analyze overall loan applicant's qualifications
- Initiates credit and collection activities
- Coordinates with concerned officers and/or other units
- Ensures adherence to the bank's policies and procedures
- Execute sales and/or marketing activities
- Attends to inquiries and other requirements of the clients
- Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc.
