Account Officer 1

Account Officer 1 primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service.

Requirements

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts
• Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications
• Initiates credit and collection activities
• Coordinates with concerned officers
• Ensures adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities
• Attends to inquiries and other requirements of the clients
• Review and update customer loan files
• Perform other functions that may be assigned
