Account Officer 1

This position is primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service. The Account Officer 1 will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze loan applicants' qualifications, and initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills
• Basic mathematical knowledge
• High integrity
• Familiarity with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
• Fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance (advantageous)
• Ability to drive a motorcycle
