Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service. The Account Officer 1 will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze loan applicants' qualifications, and ensure adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- High integrity
- Familiarity with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
- Fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance (advantageous)
- Ability to drive a motorcycle
