Job Description
The Senior Compliance Officer supports the implementation and execution of the Bank’s Compliance Program, with a focus on Related Party Transactions (RPT). The role involves identifying, monitoring, and mitigating regulatory risks, advising business units on compliance matters, and coordinating with regulators to ensure adherence to applicable laws and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in banking compliance, regulatory affairs, risk, or audit
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and governance standards
- Experience dealing with regulators and compliance reviews
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
