Job Description
The Team Head 1 is responsible for driving existing sales teams to meet sales targets, formulating sales strategies, and coordinating with support units.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- At least 2 years experience in handling a team and selling bank products
- Good people management, selling, training and communication skills
- Adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities
