Requirements
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and specific action plans for the team
- Ensure adequate loan turn-ins, approvals, and bookings
- Closely monitor team sales performance against set targets
- Recommend and monitor programs to improve service and credit quality, cost efficiency, and profitability
- Ensure adherence to bank and external institutions' regulatory, audit, and operating procedures and requirements
- Provide market and customer information to superiors
