Job Description
The Team Head will be responsible for ensuring that deals are implemented accurately and in a timely manner, as well as monitoring Implementation Officers' initial contact to newly enrolled CMS-SME clients and facilitating regular product implementation updates.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably business-related.
- At least five (5) years of work experience, preferably in client servicing; background in Cash Management Services is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
