Job Description
Manage the Customer Contact Center's operational requirements to ensure readiness to serve BDO customers prior to the implementation of new products or services.
Requirements
- Monitor, track and forecast work volumes
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product/System Owners and Contact Center Units
- Compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, operating policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- Strong Contact Center experience in Management role, preferably in the Banking and Finance Industry
