Job Description
The Business Development Director will be responsible for achieving local office and/or industry revenue goals by building market presence and identifying new business opportunities. They will develop and execute office/industry business development plans, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and supervise local teams of business development support professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Five (5) or more years of business development experience in a professional services environment or industry relevant firm
- Experience developing business relationships with C-level executives and referral sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM)
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
