Job Description
The Corporate Tax Senior Manager advises clients on tax implications, evaluates alternative actions, and ensures compliance. This role involves client communication, tax consulting, strategic advice, and ensuring firm policies are adhered to. The role is critical for both the Tax Services Department and the broader office team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics preferred
- Eight (8) or more years of prior relevant tax experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction) or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) (or equivalent)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with tax research databases and tax compliance software preferred
