Job Description
IT Quality Assurance Manager responsible for overall Quality Assurance team effectiveness, developing and maintaining QA processes, and championing quality control. The ideal candidate has experience in quality control, leadership skills, and knowledge of software QA methodologies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance for IT or professional services organizations, required
- Two (2) years of experience in managing QA, UAT teams within IT or professional services organizations, required
- Strong experience with writing test plans and executing automated testing to include functional, smoke, regression, load, negative and mobile strategies, required
- Strong understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches, preferred
- Adaptable to fast-paced changing industry practices, preferred
