Job Description
The IT Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Quality Assurance team and the development and maintenance of proficient QA practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, team management, and software QA methodologies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance for IT or professional services organizations, required
- Two (2) years of experience in managing QA, UAT teams within IT or professional services organizations, required
- Strong experience with writing test plans and executing automated testing, required
