The Tax Experienced Manager will work with multiple client engagement teams, managing due diligence and structuring engagements related to transactions. They will draft high-level scope and request lists of data needed to perform work and prepare agenda and preliminary questions for due diligence calls. They will also advise on tax risks and opportunities, and identify opportunities to expand business.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience in professional services
- Two or more years of TAS specific experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, or equivalent
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA), or the equivalent of one of these designations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Utilizes tax research databases including BNA, CCH Intelliconnect, and Checkpoint
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex information when providing crucial negotiation insights
