The Tax Experienced Manager, Transaction Advisory Services is responsible for managing client engagements and delivering exceptional services to private equity and strategic corporate entities.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience in professional services
- Two or more years of TAS specific experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”)
- Bachelor’s degree, required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, preferred
