Tax Manager, Core Tax Services - ASC 740

The Core Tax Services Manager – ASC740 is responsible for advising clients on their tax obligations, identifying potential tax savings, and complying with tax regulations. This role involves a close relationship with clients, ensuring they meet all applicable authorities while minimizing compliance burdens. The manager also manages the team and performs research for tax accrual reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation, or Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740 computations
• Experience in managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and tax research databases (BNA, RIA)
• Ability to communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and develop a team
