Job Description
This Core Tax Services Manager – ASC740 role is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating alternatives to minimize tax burden, and identifying solutions for complex corporate tax matters. The manager will provide client contact, research and compliance, tax planning, and ensure compliance with regulations. They will collaborate with internal and external specialists to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience managing the ASC740 process for both private and public companies
- Experience preparing and auditing ASC740 computations
- Supervisory experience, including managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740
- Multinational client experience preferred
- CPA certification, Attorney (Admitted to Practice), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (or equivalent)
